Will AutoFund work with my QuickBooks?
AutoFund connects to QuickBooks Online and to QuickBooks Desktop for Windows. Check your product below before you subscribe — if it isn’t supported, we’d rather tell you now than take your money.
QuickBooks Online (Plus or Advanced)
Fully supported. Fund tracking uses QuickBooks Classes, which are included in the Plus and Advanced plans.
QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise 24.0 or newer (Windows)
Fully supported on Windows (US editions) through the QuickBooks Web Connector.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro or Premier Plus 2024 (Windows)
Fully supported on Windows (US editions) through the QuickBooks Web Connector.
Older QuickBooks Desktop for Windows (2015–2023)
Best effort — anything running Web Connector 2.2 or newer usually works, but these versions sit outside our officially supported range.
QuickBooks Desktop for Mac
Not supported: Intuit provides no Web Connector or SDK for the Mac edition, so AutoFund has no way to connect.
A note on QuickBooks Classes
Fund tracking uses QuickBooks Classes. On QuickBooks Online that means the Plus or Advanced plan; Simple Start and Essentials don’t include class tracking. QuickBooks Desktop for Windows includes classes on all supported editions.
